This location just finished renovating the entire theater. From the grand entry way that every theater should have all the way down to the seats was redone. The concessions area was very clean and being spot checked too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their new seats were amazing. They call them dream loungers and offer a premium movie experience. The only drawback is sitting too close to the screen makes them uncomfortable to recline in. They also have a new DLX theater offering a bigger better movie experience. I have yet to try that.
First time I have been since the renovation and I have to tell you... I WAS BLOWN AWAY! it's a little pricey but it's worth it. Very fast Self-service ticket counters, A stunning bar, classic food lounge, modern arcade, and an updated snack counter! I'm not even going to talk about the seat saving options that allow you to show up on time knowing that your seats be empty and waiting for you!! Loved it!!
Popcorn is popped fresh and is great. Soda machines work very well. The arcade is well maintained. The film went well with no interruptions. I am also a big fan of the reclining seats. Overall, a great experience.
Initially I was turned off by two things: the price and the fact that I had to pick an assigned seat. This was a movie, not an airline ticket! Also, I am used to choosing my seat based on my preferred viewing spot. But I wanted to see the movie so I paid up. When I got into the theatre, I saw what I was paying for: a plush, comfortable seat that reclines! (it would have been nice if the ticket seller would have taken the initiative and explained the new renovations when I was asking questions). The seats are wide so you aren't sitting too close to a stranger, if that matters. Did I mention adjustable reclining? So, I do recommend this theatre. I cannot comment on the concessions -- there are a lot of choices, but I never buy that stuff and if I'm paying over $9 on a weekday afternoon, I'm not likely to start anytime soon.
Everything about this theater is fabulous, stadium seating and the lounge chairs combined with huge screens and great speakers make for the ideal movie experience. The atmosphere is great with a section that looks like a drive-in and there is even a restaurant, if you get a drink from there too you can bring it into the movie which I think is great. They just remodeled the arcade too which now is missing the mini bowling which I loved, but other than that I have zero complaints. Especially on $5 Tuesday; good luck getting that with the same quality anywhere else. I gladly drive from Farmington which is almost an hour away to watch my movies. They show more indie movies too which I love.
