My stay was excellent. All staff went above and beyond. I don't even remember coming in, I was very confused and on a breathing machine. The staff helped me to figure out my surroundings and keep me going everyday. They helped me to bring it all together and get better. Today I am excited to go home. The food was good the care was even better and I would recommend the facility by all means. I would recommend it for respiratory, rehab, and any Nursing needs. Katy the nurse Manager came to see me daily and assisted with lost belongings from the previous facility, Kati from RT was always there to keep me moving so I could get off the breathing machine. Becky with rehab was awesome we played catch, went for walks, and had great conversations which kept me moving everyday. Thank you so much to everyone I could never repay you all for all that you do each and everyday. This place is full of shining stars!

I have enjoyed my stay, I worked with four different departments, physical therapy, nursing with antibiotics, wound care and dialysis. Jill worked great withtaking care of my wound. All of my nurses and CNAs were great I really felt they cared about me . Chiddy and Nancy were wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for care.

Totally not some place I would want to be. They are understaffed. It takes twenty minutes to get a nurse to answer the call button. I Cannot recommend this this place to worst case scenario.. Completely sucks I'm filing a complaint to the better business bureau.....

Only VERY few nurses/techs/staff are kind and helpful. Been here over a week so far. My mom had to wait over 2 hours for a feeding (multiple times), wait over 45 minutes for someone to help her go to the bathroom (which I just ended doing myself), new shift doesn't introduce themselves, constant bathroom sink leak (smelly water all over floor)...why are we paying to stay here???? We will never come back and tell others how disappointing this place is

They haven't given my sister a bath or changed her bandages in days. They don't cut her food for her and make her stand up on a wounded foot even when she cried and screamed. They don't even know she has brain cancer and we've told then repeatedly. NO ONE contacts the family for updates. The blinds and tiny dresser were broken when we arrived and the closet, sink, and toilet are rusty. Nurses are not very nice, may be overwhelmed. Can't wait to get her out.
